Shippings & Returns
Freight will be added to the order AFTER the order is placed. National Display as a company will do its best to determine the best shipping location closest to obtain the lowest shipping rate.
FOR AN EXACT FREIGHT RATE PRIOR TO YOUR ORDER BEING PROCESSED, please call (1-713-280-1172) and ask one of our Customer Service Representatives for assistance or include a Exact Freight Rate request in the comments section of your order (see Payment Information page). Your order will not be processed and your credit card will not be run until you receive the Exact Freight Rate. Depending on the items ordered requesting an Exact Freight Rate could delay your order from being processed by 1-3 days. If we are not contacted by you the customer, we will assume that it is ok to ship the order and charge you accordingly.
UPS-The majority of our merchandise is shipped by UPS, National Display will estimate charges for customer paying by check and they will be notified. For customers on open accounts or using credit cards your accounts will be billed accordingly for the UPS charges (some packaging fees may apply on certain products).
Freight Trucks - For merchandise that is either too big or heavy for UPS to take we will ship items through various freight companies. Yellow, Estes, Roadway, etc.. We will determine the size, weight, and class and ship accordingly to those guidelines.
Back Orders - We try to ship all orders complete. In the event some of the items are on back order, we will hold the order until all items can be shipped together unless you specify otherwise. If items on an order are being sent from different distribution centers, they will be sent as they become available. Items from one distribution center will not be held for back ordered items being sent from another distribution center. If back-ordered orders are shipped separately, there will be an additional shipping charge.

Returns & Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of placing the order if the order has not already shipped. National Display does not guarantee delivery times or dates. Delivery times and dates are the responsibility of the shipping agent. The majority of the items on our website are NOT returnable. Please contact us with any questions at 1-713-280-1172. Custom ordered items and large item orders are NOT returnable. PLEASE CAREFULLY CONSIDER YOUR PURCHASE BEFORE ORDERING.
For merchandise that is returnable, returns must be made within 2 weeks of the date of the invoice. No exceptions shall be made on the date. Returned items must be in the original cartons and in new condition to receive credit.
Returns are subject to a 30% restocking charge and the customer MUST pay ALL shipping charges. Do not ship any merchandise back to National Display's main facilities in Escobedo, N.L. , Mexico. Please call for any returns and a return authorization number will be given to you at that time. (1-713-280-1172)
Shipping Damages or Shortages:
Customer is responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery for damage or shortage. Call National Display to dispatch UPS to inspect damage and have it returned. DO NOT throw away shipping boxes, UPS will need to inspect these to process your claim. National Display does not guarantee delivery times or dates. Delivery times and dates are the responsibility of the shipping agent.
National Display does not accept liability for damages caused during transit by a Common Carrier (Truck). The customer must file a claim with the Common Carrier to be reimbursed for any damaged goods. Inspect your shipment for damages before signing the delivery receipt (bill of lading)! Customer must note any damage on the bill of lading when accepting a shipment or the carrier will not assume responsibility for the damage and refuse to reimburse you the customer for the damage. We suggest that you refuse any damaged shipments. Concealed damage must be reported within 15 calendar days of receipt to the common carrier. All cartons & packaging materials must be available for inspection and claims consideration. No exceptions.
Please be aware that the Motor Freight delivering carrier is only responsible to have the shipment to the tailgate of their truck. It is up to the receiver to arrange removal from the truck to their building. You may however, for an additional charge, specify inside delivery. You may also request the carrier call 24 hours before delivery at an additional charge so you may arrange for help at the delivery site for unloading the shipment.
