Shipping & Returns

  • Freight costs:

Freight will be added to the order AFTER the order is placed. National Display as a company will do its best to determine the closest best shipping location for the lowest shipping rate.
TO OBTAIN AN EXACT  FREIGHT RATE  PRIOR TO PROCESSING YOUR ORDER, call (1-713-280-1172) and ask one of our Service Representatives for assistance to Customer or include a request for an exact Freight Rate in the comments section of your order (see Checkout Information Page). Your order will not be processed and your credit card will not be charged until you receive the exact Freight Rate. Depending on the requested items that request an exact transportation fee, it could delay your order from 1 to 3 days. If the customer doesn't contact you, we'll assume it's okay to ship the order and charge you accordingly.

  • UPS: Most of our merchandise is shipped by UPS, charges will be calculated by National Display for the customer paying by check and notified to them. For customers on open accounts or using credit cards, your accounts will be billed according to UPS charges (some packaging fees may apply to certain products).

  • Truck Freight: For goods that are too large or heavy for UPS, we will ship items via multiple freight companies. Amarillo, Estes, Roadway, etc. We will determine the size, weight, and class and ship based on those guidelines.

  • Back Orders: We try to ship all completed orders. In the event that some of the items are in back order, we will hold the order until all items ship together unless you specify otherwise. If items in an order are shipped from different distribution centers, they will be shipped as they become available. Items from one distribution center will not be held for returned items shipped from another distribution center. If backorders are shipped separately, there will be an additional shipping charge.

  • Shipping/delivery charges are not set or controlled by National Display as a company. National Display does not guarantee delivery times or dates. Delivery times and dates are the responsibility of the shipping agent. Once again, if you need a shipping charge you can contact us at 1-713-280-1172.


Returns and cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 72 hours of placing the order if the order has not shipped. National Display does not guarantee delivery times or dates. Delivery times and dates are the responsibility of the shipping agent. Most of the items on our website are NOT returnable. Please contact us with any questions at 1-713-280-1172. Custom-ordered items and bulk item orders are NOT returnable. PLEASE CONSIDER YOUR PURCHASE CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING.

For returnable merchandise, returns must be made within 2 weeks of the invoice date. No exceptions will be made on the date. Returned items must be in the original packaging and in new condition to receive credit.

  • Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and the customer MUST pay ALL shipping charges. Please do not ship any merchandise to National Display's main facility in Escobedo, NL , Mexico Call for any returns and a return authorization number will be given to you at that time. Shipping Damage or Shortages:

  • UPS-Shipping

The customer is responsible for inspecting the products upon delivery for damage or shortage. Call National Display to send UPS to inspect the damage and return it. DO NOT throw away shipping boxes, they will need to be inspected by UPS to process your claim. National Display does not guarantee delivery times or dates. Delivery times and dates are the responsibility of the shipping agent.

Trucks, motors, cargo and shipments.


National Display accepts no responsibility for damage caused ​​during transit by a common carrier (truck). The customer must file a claim with the Common Carrier to be reimbursed for any damaged items. Inspect your shipment for damage before signing the delivery receipt (bill of lading)!

The customer must note any damage on the bill of lading when accepting a shipment or the carrier will not assume responsibility for the damage and will refuse to reimburse the customer for the damage. We suggest that you refuse any damaged shipments. Concealed damage must be reported within 15 calendar days of receipt to the carrier. All cartons and packing materials must be available for inspection and consideration of claims. Without exceptions.

Please note that the Motor Freight delivery carrier is only responsible for getting the shipment to the tailgate of your truck. It is up to the receiver to organize the removal of the truck to his building. However, for an additional charge, specify internal delivery. You can also request the supplier call 24 hours before the delivery with an additional charge so that you can ask for help at the delivery site to unload the shipment.
